notified by email as soon as our web site is up and next year's application is
online, use the Define link.
If you sign up for email notification, you will NOT be sent a written
notification. Remember! If you ever wish to stop receiving notification by
email, you MUST remove your name from our list using the Delete option.
If you need to change any of your information, use the Change link. You will
need to enter the last known email address we have for you and any password you
